Windrush Compensation Scheme:
What is the Windrush Compensation Scheme, and how can we help? It applies to people from Commonwealth countries, such as the Caribbean, India, Pakistan, or Africa, who arrived in the UK between 1948 and 1971. Many were denied their legal rights, lost access to services, or even faced wrongful deportation. We can assist you by: explaining your eligibility for the Windrush Compensation Scheme, helping you gather the necessary documents and evidence, guiding you through the application process step by step. You can apply if:
• You came to the UK from a Commonwealth country before 1973
• Your parents or grandparents came to the UK from a Commonwealth country before 1973
• The close family member of someone eligible to claim
• We will help you fill out your application to ensure you have all the paperwork needed and everything is correct before your application is submitted.
