HoPEC — the House of Polish and European Community
We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting Polish and European residents in the UK. We bring people together by offering guidance, practical help, and a friendly space to connect and grow.
Our mission is to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build a vibrant, inclusive community. We believe that everyone deserves access to the right support — and when we can’t help directly, we’ll guide you to someone who can.
Through our workshops, community events, and one-to-one support, we aim to make a real difference in people’s lives — helping them feel confident, valued, and at home.

What We Do
Stable Support for the Polish Community in London
Digital Support
In partnership with We Are Group, we support people in completing important digital applications such as visas, citizenship, and court or benefit forms.
Whether it’s a visa renewal, family application, or an appeal form, our team provides step-by-step guidance so everyone can access the services they need with confidence.
Community Events
HoPEC brings people together through events that celebrate friendship, culture and community spirit.
From local gatherings, day trips and outdoor festivals to creative workshops and social meet-ups, we create opportunities to connect, share and belong.
Our events are open to everyone — a warm welcome to all who want to experience Polish and European culture while building new friendships in the UK.
Wellbeing Projects
Our wellbeing activities focus on both mental and physical health, creating a space where everyone feels supported and included.
From gentle fitness sessions and community trips to open conversations and creative workshops, HoPEC helps people stay active, connected and positive.
These projects are open to everyone — seniors, families, and newcomers from all backgrounds — because good health and friendship have no borders.
Tradition
Living abroad doesn’t mean losing touch with who we are. At HoPEC, we nurture Polish culture and traditions so that everyone can feel part of our beautiful heritage, even far from home.
