HoPEC and We are Group work together to provide assistance to individuals in completing various online forms related to legal processes. Our services include:

We provide support for individuals who need assistance with using a computer or device to apply for a visa including:
• EU Settled Status
• E-Visa
• Indefinite leave to remain
• Family visa
• British citizenship
• Fee waiver for British Citizenship

(HMCTS) to help people with online appeal forms. This service provides digital support to users who are facing barriers in accessing digital platforms to fill out online forms for HMCTS’s justice services. This service supports those who are not confident filling out online forms or may not have access to online services.
• Appeal a benefit decision - PIP, UC, ESA employment and Support Allowance
• Make a plea for a non-imprisonable offence (Single Justice Service )
• Making or responding to a small money claim (Online Civil Money Claims )
• Apply or respond to a divorce
• Applying for help with court fees

Windrush Compensation Scheme: What is the Windrush Compensation Scheme, and how can we help? The Windrush Compensation Scheme is designed to support individuals who were wrongfully treated by the UK government due to their immigration status. It applies to people from Commonwealth countries, such as the Caribbean, India, Pakistan, or Africa, who arrived in the UK between 1948 and 1971. Many were denied their legal rights, lost access to services, or even faced wrongful deportation. We can assist you by: explaining your eligibility for the Windrush Compensation Scheme, helping you gather the necessary documents and evidence, guiding you through the application process step by step.You can apply if:
• You came to the UK from a Commonwealth country before 1973
• Your parents or grandparents came to the UK from a Commonwealth country before 1973
• The close family member of someone eligible to claim
• We will help you fill out your application to ensure you have all the paperwork needed and everything is correct before your application is submitted.
